Nicole Piller Pilates & Yoga Studio is a bright and intimate studio tucked away in a private setting that looks out onto a large deck and lush garden to provide a beautiful and peaceful escape from the city.
It is a fully equipped studio with 3 Reformers, a Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, and other small apparatus. The studio offers small group Pilates, Yoga, and ELDOA Mat Classes (maximum of 6 people in a class); Group Pilates Equipment Classes (maximum, of 3 people in a class); Private and Semi Private Classes; Pilates Teacher Training; Rehabilitation; Athletic Conditioning; Individual Reiki Sessions and on-going workshops in Anatomy, Franklin Method, MELT Method, Yoga & Meditation, and Ball Rolling/Self Care for the body. Group classes and workshops are limited in size to ensure that each person receives individual attention and customized programs.
At the studio, we do more than just teach “exercises”, we teach the why and the how the body moves, safe and efficient movement patterns, and the joy of movement. While we zero in on areas of the body that may require specific attention to re-balance or strengthen, we always include whole body movement and whole body health in our teaching. Ultimately, we teach you to become your own best teacher.
Any person of any age can start any array of classes or workshops at the studio to expand movement possibilities, compliment other training programs, kick start getting into shape or helping to move out of pain. Our goal is to keep you safe while we progress and challenge you to get the most out of your sessions. Whether choosing a group class, one on one, or workshops, we will help promote relaxation and well-being while guiding you to increase your strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, control, and confidence. The possibilities are endless.
The studio is conveniently located on a quiet side street close to Coxwell and Danforth in Toronto’s east end. It is minutes away from Coxwell subway station, or if driving, there is free street parking available.

Daily group classes (small in size so everyone gets individual attention), private and semi-private classes are being held online. Classes are exceeding expectations and are a wonderful way to connect with others while keeping physically & mentally healthy, strong, and flexible in these unprecedented times.
The studio is offering FREE assessment phone calls to anyone who wants to book in for online group classes. First group class is FREE to all new clients.
