October 21:  3 – 7pm     &    October 22:  10 – 6 pm, 2017

This workshop is open to Pilates teachers or advanced students to learn the advanced exercises on the reformer, or to refresh learning and practice of the exercises. This workshop will teach:

• Advanced Reformer Exercises
• Teaching Progressions
• Primary Intent of each exercise
• Practice of and teaching the exercises

*Must be at an intermediate reformer level to take the course.  Option to audit the course (One day or both days at a reduced rate).  Maximum of 4 participants, including those auditing.  Please contact Nicole for information on auditing the course, or taking it.

Cost:  $755 + HST or Early Bird $720 + HST (Registered & paid by Oct. 9, 2017)
