ELDOA

ELDOA’s were developed by world renowned osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer  from France.  ELDOA is a French acronym for “Étirements Longitunaux avec Décoaptation-Articulaire”, which translates to Longitudinal Osteo Articular Decoaptation Stretching,  or LOADS.

There is an ELDOA stretch for every single segment of the spine. ELDOA’s are extremely precise and create fascial tension on the vertebra above and below an intervertebral disc in order to open up and create space in that particular joint, or “articulation”.

The spinal ELDOA’s taught at the studio are incredibly effective for posture with many other benefits creating profound results.

“My personal journey with ELDOA’s started in 2009, and after my first group class, my spine felt so light and spacious, I floated out of class.  I had never felt such internal space before.
