Pilates TRIO Equipment Classes Winter Sessions 2026

Monday 1:30 – 2:15 pm:  Winter Session A starts Jan. 5 going to and including Feb. 9.  Cost is $245.  No class Feb. 16 for Family Day.   Session B starts Feb. 23 going to and including March 30.  Cost is $245.  *Sign up for both sessions and SAVE $22. Cost for Session A & B is $468 (Registered & paid by Jan. 5).  

Wednesday 5:30 – 6:15 pm:  Winter Session A starts Jan. 7 going to and including Feb. 25. Cost is $327.  Session B starts March 4 going to and including April 1.  Cost is $205.  *Sign up for both sessions and SAVE $25. Cost for Session A & B is $507 (Registered and paid by Jan. 7).

* Register early to reserve your spot.  Space limited to 3 people per class. The sessions can be pro-rated for any classes you know in advance you will miss.  Minimum of 2 people are required to run the session.  Drop-in classes are $45 (space permitting).

Make up options for missed classes:

  1. Join another Trio Reformer class during the Winter Session (space permitting).
  2. Join group mat class during Winter Session (space permitting for any in person classes).  There is space available for all online group mat classes.
  3. Bank 2 missed classes and book a 30-minute PEMF mat therapy treatment (to be booked by you and used within the Winter Session).

Monday 1:30 – 2:15 pm:  Fall Session A starts Sept. 8 going to and including Oct. 27 (No class Oct. 13 for Thanksgiving).  Cost is $286.  Session B starts Nov. 3 going to and including Dec. 22.  Cost is $326.  *Sign up for both sessions and SAVE $27. Cost for Session A & B is $585 (Registered & paid by Sept. 8).  

Tuesday 5:30 – 6:15 pm:  Fall Session A starts Sept. 2 going to and including Oct. 28. Cost is $367.  Session B starts Nov. 4 going to and including Dec. 23.  Cost is $326.  *Sign up for both sessions and SAVE $30. Cost for Session A & B is $663 (Registered and paid by Sept.2).  

Wednesday 5:30 – 6:15 pm:  Fall Session A starts Sept. 3 going to and including Oct. 29. Cost is $367.  Session B starts Nov. 5 going to and including Dec. 17 Cost is $285.  *Sign up for both sessions and SAVE $28. Cost for Session A & B is $624 (Registered and paid by Sept. 3).
