Monday night Spotlight series is back!  Each workshop will be filled with imagery, movement and embodied anatomy. You will learn easy take away tools you can use anytime (in minutes a day) to improve your posture, movement and general well-being!

The workshops will be offered as a hybrid of in person at the studio and online via zoom.  The replay of the recordings will be sent to all and available to review for one month.
