If you are at risk of, or already have osteopenia or osteoporosis, I have developed a special workshop that will help:

  • to stimulate and maintain bone strength
  • to create proper alignment for daily activities
  • create greater security, balance, flexibility and strength
  • correct movement patterns to enhance the pleasure to move

Osteoporosis is an area that is near and dear to my heart.  My mother has severe osteoporosis and I was diagnosed with osteopenia (low bone density) at the age of 33. 

These classes will enhance your existing workout routine.

  1. I am thinking of taking a Pilates mat training to learn to teach Pilates mat classes. I was diagnosed with osteopenia in the left femur, but with good bone mass in the spine, 4 years ago. I’m 49 years old. Do you think it’s ok to take the mat class, just making the instructor aware of my condition?

    • Yes, absolutely, the instructor should know protocols for people with injuries, conditions, and diseases.
