MONDAY SPOTLIGHT: BALANCED SHOULDERS

Do you have a tight neck, stiff shoulders, or limited range of motion in your shoulders / arms? Experience the power of touch, imagery and movement exercises to restore balance and ease for stronger, pain free movement in these areas. Upgrade how you feel and create positive change!
In this 1.5-hour long workshop we will learn:
- The design of the scapula, clavicle and humerus and how they move together
- How thoracic mobility may be a missing piece to shoulder freedom
- Quick and easy practical tools (ball rolling, touch, and movement exercises) to help improve ease and range of motion in the shoulders and upper spine– even for those who have frozen shoulder or impingement
- Strategies for training the rotator cuff effectively

The workshop will be offered as a hybrid of in person at the studio and online via zoom. If you cannot make it in person to the studio or online via zoom, the replay of the recording will be sent to all – LIFETIME ACCESS!
